Capital Market Development Fund (CMDF) provides funding support for doctoral-level theses in capital market-related fields, based on topics specified by CMDF. The program runs from 2023 to 2027 and aims to encourage doctoral students in relevant disciplines to pursue thesis topics that address the research needs of the capital market industry.

Theses eligible for funding under this program must align with the list of research topics defined by CMDF. These topics are derived from CMDF’s annual survey of capital market research needs, with additional topics being incorporated each year throughout the duration of the program.
