ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร. ปฏิภาณ แซ่หลิ่ม ปัจจุบันเป็นรองคณบดีฝ่ายแผนและประกันคุณภาพและเป็นอาจารย์ประจำที่บัณฑิตวิทยาลัยการจัดการและนวัตกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าธนบุรี (มจธ.)  พร้อมทั้งในคำปรึกษา เป็นวิทยากร และกรรมการบริหารความเสี่ยงทั้งภาครัฐและภาคเอกชน
